Our client, a Japanese toy company, is looking for an E-Commerce Operation Executive as followings:
Job Description
Manage information of Premium products (Item name, Item code, price, schedule, copyrights, order result, etc.)
Communicate with Japan HQ and internal related parties to update products information.
Handle whole process from item page preparation to order making
Report the progress and order result with analysis of product items to relevant departments
Assist in marketing activities and events
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
2-3 years working experience in the related field
Good computer knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, CSS or others image editing software would be an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (Japanese is an advantage)
