Job Description

<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
• Co-ordinate and prepare in-store/marketing materials to maximize retail presence e.g. POP, 
leaflets etc.
• Responsible for compiling reports of retail marketing programs to keep track on results and 
evaluate the effectiveness
• Support the development and execution of all in-store promotions and marketing activities/events 
at retail level to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales/traffic
• Manage VIP data for easy analysis. CRM implementation and maintenance of CRM system and 
activation
• Work closely with different departments and external parties for all trade marketing issues
• Manage budget and targets for retention activities and report against ROI
• Translation and blasting of press release. Arrange delivery of seeding products
• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare visual merchandising guideline and presentation to front line staff. Assist in coordinating 
and implementing new shop opening and retail promotions.
• Develop and implement all visual merchandising and promotional displays for seasonal 
changeover, promotional programs and ad-hoc events under the direction of the Headquarter Japan.
• Source and liaison with suppliers for the ordering, delivering and producing of materials relating to 
all visual merchandising.
• Follow up VM fixtures and replenishment works such as quotation, delivery schedule, quality 
control, etc.
• Responsible for the graphic design for various marketing campaigns and functions.
• Perform quality checks and shop visits to ensure complete implementation of visual merchandising 
materials according to the guideline and standard.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Full support on all marketing and PR related activities if needed

Job Requirement

<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
• University graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• 3-5 years related hands-on experience of Marketing, preferable in fashion retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Word, Excel, Power Point skill is a must
• Knowledge in AI and Photoshop is preferable
