Job Description
- Team building and management in EC marketing team
- Analyze sales data from web and digital channels.
- Create and plan a digital business strategy to achieve the annual business goals of the company's digital platform.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on product assortment, IT, fulfillment, etc. for the e-commerce channel, and work with regional and local planning and brand teams.
- Monitor competitor trends to improve the company's digital marketing strategy.

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- We don't limit the time of work experience; however, we need the following skills from the applicant.
i) Knowledge of overseas customs and logistics;
> Knowing customs and trouble handling in overseas logistics is beneficial
> Understanding the necessary information required on INVOICES during import and export
> Understanding the documents required for communication with customs
> Negotiating with carriers and insurance companies when troubles arise
> Having appropriate judgment during case occurrences on international platforms
ii) Knowledge of EC (E-commerce) operations;
> Understanding the basics of how to create numbers in EC- Ability to collect/analyze past and present data, implement PDCA, and build future strategies
> Experience in operating platforms (Shopify/eBay/Amazon/Rakuten)
> Experience in web marketing and promotions
iii) A strong skill in team building as a manager
- Work experience in the retail industry (e-commerce site) is preferred, or in the e-commerce field is welcome.
- Business level of English skill and native level of Cantonese skill
- Conversational level of Japanese language skill
- Proficient MS skill
