Our client, a Japanese famous Food service company, is now looking for suitable candidate for Japanese Speaking Leasing Officer.
Job Description
- Responsible for all leasing activities which including identifying potential sites to cope with the expansion plan of the company, undertaking leasing negotiation for both potential and existing shops.
- Process all documentation related such as administration on tenancy agreement and all other handover formalities and completion.
- Build good relationship with existing and potential landlord and developer
- Plan and implement leasing strategy to cope with the vision and goal of the company
- conduct market research, analyse data and compile various reports
- Work closely with all relevant parties for the design of new site and the whole renovation project.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Over 2 year of above leasing related working experience.
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- PC knowledge, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Japanese and Chinese word processing
