Skills and Experience Desired:
- Over 5 years’ relevant experience gained in MNC supporting to overseas offices
- Proven experience in T-SQL, web and client/server application a must
- Hands on experience in the following technologies:
- .Net
- C#, JAVA
- Visual Studio
- MS SQL
- Experience in building workflow and web part on SharePoint
- Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services
- Experience in Dynamics AX will be an advantage
- Previous experience gained from supply chain businesses will be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Job Scope
- Supports regional users as a member of local development team and global initiatives as a member of global development team
- Supports and maintains in-house systems to ensure service quality and smooth execution of business processes
- Diagnoses incidents, problems, and service requests and provide solutions to ensure timely resolution and quality deliverables
- Analyzes user requirements and translates them into system requirements
- Designs, develops, tests, and deploys high quality solutions that meet business needs and specifications to make sure business stay competitive and operation efficient
- Implements new system with user training and post-implementation review
- Performs other activities and duties as may be assigned from time to time
