Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform daily operation and maintenance of business applications and system infrastructure. - Administer middleware DataSpider, HULFT, JP1/AJS, including installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, upgrade, and system operation; perform data integration, performance optimization, and ensure system stability. - Responsible for installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, upgrade, and administration of OS (Windows Server/SUSE Linux) and SAP Basis; perform data integration, performance optimization, and ensure stable system operation. - Receive, process, and resolve system incidents and problems, including alerts from the monitoring system. - Manage and execute system operation jobs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields - At least 2-3 years of experience in system design and operation on Windows Server and Linux (SUSE) platforms - At least 1-2 years of practical experience in IT system operation, maintenance, and support - Experience or basic understanding of system operation in Azure environment - Good communication skills - Priority for candidates with experience working in Japanese IT environment or Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge of middleware, storage systems, and network infrastructure - At least 1 year of experience with HULFT (File Transfer) or DataSpider - At least 1-2 years of experience with JP1/AJS (Job Scheduling/Monitoring) - Experience in maintaining, operating, and supporting SAP BASIS systems - Proactive and capable of independently solving problems. - Ability to read and understand documentation and perform knowledge sharing and transfer
