Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Propose access control and entry/exit solutions to existing customers. - Research the market and expand the parking business in Vietnam. - Search for new clients to expand the market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Improve customer satisfaction through high-quality service and follow-up. - Meet customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. - Responsible for IT operations coordination within the company. - Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure proper reporting and communication. - Business trips across Vietnam. - Other tasks assigned by General Director.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree. - English or Japanese: Business level (for internal communication). - Experience in B2B sales (preferred industries below). - Strong new business development capability. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working with Japanese companies. - Experience in facility management or infrastructure-related industry. - Knowledge of access control / parking / IoT systems. - Experience in solution-based sales.
