<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business and acquire new customers, primarily targeting construction companies and distributors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, design firms, and distributors. - Propose suitable construction materials based on customer needs. - Conduct customer visits, meetings, and business appointments. - Prepare and handle quotations, contracts, and related sales documents.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor's degree - Language Skill: Japanese - conversational Level - At least 2 years of corporate sales experience - Eager to acquire new customers and does not hesitate to do so. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in distributor sales - Experience in construction materials sales preferred - Sales experience with construction companies, real estate companies, or interior companies preferred
