<Job Responsibilities> ・Create MEP design and construction drawings based on requests from the design department in Japan ・Attend meetings with the Japanese design team ・Perform quality control of completed drawings ・Respond to and resolve issues as they arise ・Provide support to team members as needed *You may be required to work or train in Japan (depending on your experience and preferences).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or above - Language Skill: Japanese - Business Level (internal communication, N2 level) - At least 3 years of experience in designing or construction drawings or construction management in the MEP field - Can use Revit or Rebro, BIM
