Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify, source, and evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities in Vietnam, with a focus on office and residential condominium projects - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, site visits, and preliminary project screening - Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, investment memoranda, business plans - Coordinate legal, technical, financial, tax, environmental, and commercial due diligence - Review project structures, land-related matters, planning conditions, permits, development rights, and key contractual arrangements - Support negotiations with landowners, local developers, consultants, and other stakeholders - Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, sales performance, leasing performance, cash flow, and investment returns - Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, business partners, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders - Other tasks as required by Manager of Investment department from time to time
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor's degree - Language Skill: English - Business Level (The candidate must be able to participate in English meetings, prepare reports and presentations in English, communicate with overseas stakeholders, and explain project risks and financial assumptions in English) - At least 5 years in the same field (such as Real estate investment and development) -Possesses strengths in real estate investment and management experience, as well as financial and modeling skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and documentation skills - Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Reliable, patient, and attentive to the assigned tasks - Willing to learn and listen to the opinions of colleagues and superiors <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in Japanese Companies is preferable - Having a network with local developers and real estate-related companies in Vietnam would be preferable - Technical due diligence can be conducted.
