Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage logistics costs, including logistics cost bidding, freight forwarder (FWD) quotation updates, payment processing, and cost reporting. - Handle import and export customs procedures, including customs documentation and tax payment processes. - Prepare necessary documents and support the company during customs audits. - Manage FTA Certificate of Origin (C/O) procedures for import and export activities. - Arrange vessel, flight, and truck bookings and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Coordinate with related teams to manage BOM and the inbound/outbound stock of duty-free materials used for export products, ensuring compliance with export norms and C/O requirements. - Arrange insurance for import and export shipments and handle related payment procedures. - Keep updated on new customs decrees, circulars, and regulations, and review and update HS codes for new materials. - Support post-clearance customs audits and annual internal self-audits, including matters related to HS codes, duty-free materials, and FTA C/O, and coordinate with customs authorities as required. - Identify cost-saving opportunities by maximizing the use of FTA C/O for imported materials and selecting cost-effective freight forwarders for transportation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. - Language Skill: English – Business Level - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, customs, or import-export operations.
