<Job Responsibilities> - Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for factory construction projects - Developing and maintaining relationships with Japanese and foreign clients in the manufacturing sector - Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients - Negotiating contracts and closing deals for construction projects - Conducting market research to identify potential clients and projects - Collaborating with internal teams to develop project proposals - Maintaining accurate sales records and project documentation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Business and Marketing - English - Business level - At least 3 years of experience at Sales and Marketing position - Experience in sales in the industrial zone - Good communication and relationship-building skills with Japanese and foreign clients - Possesses strong presentation skills, including proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) - Ability to record information effectively and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) reports <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese language skill - Experience working with companies from USA, Europe, Australia, or Singapore/Malaysia (trading, construction, or consulting firms)
