Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Project Sales Management (30%) + Support the execution of Sales & Marketing strategies for residential development projects in South Vietnam, including sales reporting, sales program formulation, and proposal of marketing activities. + Conduct market research and analysis on products and pricing to support decision-making at different project stages. + Coordinate proactively with internal departments and joint venture partners to ensure effective and timely strategy execution. 2. Project Marketing (70%) + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance corporate and project branding. + Coordinate with vendors to execute branding initiatives, including the planning and production of corporate and project videos. + Support the development of award strategies and coordinate the application and submission of real estate project awards. + Assist in planning and preparing project press releases in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. + Coordinate with vendors and external partners to develop, review, and manage marketing communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, sales kits, and presentations. + Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project-related marketing events, including project launches and promotional activities. + Leverage a network of real estate marketing vendors to propose and recommend suitable partners for each project. + Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: + Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate, preferably with exposure to foreign developers. + Proven experience and strong market understanding of the South Vietnam real estate market. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different organizational levels. + Strong skills in planning, analysis, presentation, and organization, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Resourceful and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks; adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and expand into new areas.
