Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Work with the sales team to analyze customer needs and propose suitable robotic solutions
- Design and simulate robotic systems using simulation software
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations, PoC (Proof of Concept), and technical presentations
- Participate in robot exhibitions and roadshows (including setup and operation of demo equipment)
- Prepare technical proposals, cycle time analysis, and ROI calculations
- Provide training and support for robot programming, setup, and commissioning
- Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution
- Research market trends and competitor solutions to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 26–33 (around 30)
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree *preferred in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
・Language Skills
- English: Business level (required for internal and client communication)
*Japanese / Chinese / Korean: Preferred

- Have 2+ years of experience in Application Engineer in industrial robotics or automation systems,

- Strong interest in robots and factory automation

- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Willingness to travel for demos, training, and on-site support
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is preferred.
- Experience in robot setup as an Application Engineer in a similar industry is preferred.
