<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct sales activities targeting corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design companies, equipment companies, and manufacturers. - Perform regular visits to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships. - Undertake new customer acquisition efforts. - Gather project information and perform proposal activities. - Create quotations, proposals, and other related sales documents. - Coordinate with internal technical and production departments to ensure project alignment. - Provide customer support regarding delivery dates, product specifications, and other inquiries. - Report sales activities and progress to Japanese managers. <ポジションの目的・期待> 商業施設および工場向け照明器具のプロジェクト営業を担当いただきます。 顧客との長期的な関係構築を行い、課題解決型の提案営業を通じて、社内外の関係者と連携しながら案件を推進していただくことを期待しています。 <業務内容> * 建設会社、内装会社、設備会社、メーカーなど法人顧客向け営業活動 * 既存顧客への定期訪問および関係構築・維持 * 新規顧客開拓 * プロジェクト情報の収集および提案活動 * 見積書・提案書など営業関連資料の作成 * 社内の技術部門・生産部門との調整業務 * 納期・製品仕様などに関する顧客対応 * 日本人マネジャーへの営業活動・進捗報告
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Diploma or above ・Age: Around 24–35 years old ・Language: Business-level Japanese (around N2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment with Japanese people) ・Experience: Either of the following: ・At least 2 years of B2B sales experience at a Japanese company (industry not limited) OR ・Work experience in Japan, including experience under the Technical Intern Training Program <Preferred Qualifications> ・Work experience in Japan (especially those who understand Japanese work style and business practices) ・Experience with Japanese corporate culture, such as through the Technical Intern Training Program ・Sales experience targeting Japanese companies ・Experience in the lighting industry ・Experience in manufacturing, building materials, lighting, interior, or construction-related industries ・Strong motivation to develop a career in management in the future <Ideal Candidate Profile> Candidates with limited sales experience can also be considered as long as they are able to adapt to communication with Japanese customers and Japanese managers. Since the position involves frequent collaboration and business trips with the Japanese Sales Manager, candidates who understand Japanese business practices and are interested in developing themselves toward a future sales management role are highly welcomed. <必須条件> ・学歴:専門学校以上 ・年齢:24~35歳程度 ・言語:日本語ビジネスレベル(N2目安、日本人との業務コミュニケーションが可能なレベル) ・経験:下記の下記のいずれか ・日系企業で法人営業経験が2年以上(業界不問) OR ・技能実習生制度を含め日本での勤務経験があること <歓迎条件> ・日本での就業経験(特に日本人の考え方・仕事の進め方を理解している方) ・技能実習生など日本企業文化に触れた経験 ・日系企業向け営業経験 ・照明業界での経験 ・メーカー・建材・照明・内装・施工関連業界での経験 ・将来的にマネジメントに挑戦したい意欲がある方 <人物イメージ> 営業経験が浅い方でも、日本人顧客・日本人上司とのコミュニケーションに適応できる方であれば対象。 営業責任者(日本人)と同行・連携する機会が多いため、日本的な仕事の進め方を理解し、将来的に営業組織のマネジメントを目指したい方をも歓迎。
