Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Language: English - Business Level - Experience working in multinational engineering teams - At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, particularly on large-scale eCommerce or trading platforms - Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React and Next.js - Experience with AI-assisted coding and development automation - Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges with technology - Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support junior engineers <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with AI-assisted development tools - Agile development experience - Technical leadership or sub-team lead experience
