<Job Responsibilities> ・Architectural Design and Drawing Work ・Prepare detailed drawings (shop drawings and architectural detail drawings) based on design drawings. ・Prepare architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. ・Check and develop architectural elements, including finishing work, partitions, doors, windows, and ceilings. ・Coordinate design contents for factory, warehouse, and other building projects. ・Design Coordination and Project Support ・Coordinate with structural and M&E teams for design integration. ・Check shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and provide corrections when necessary. ・Coordinate drawings with clients, designers, and construction teams. ・Check drawing quality based on building regulations and company standards. ・Suggest design improvements considering construction method, cost, and quality. ・Government and Permit Related Work ・Communicate and coordinate with government authorities and design consultants. ・Prepare, submit, and follow up on documents required for construction permits and approvals. ・Coordinate with internal and external parties during the government approval process. ・Support various applications and approval procedures required for project execution. <仕事内容> ・建築設計・図面作成業務 ・建築設計図をもとにした詳細図面（施工図・意匠詳細図）の作成 ・建築意匠に関する図面作成（平面図、立面図、断面図、詳細図など） ・内外装仕上げ、間仕切り、ドア・窓、天井などの建築要素に関する設計検討 ・工場・倉庫等の建築案件における設計内容の調整 ・設計調整・プロジェクト連携 ・構造設計、設備部門との設計連携 ・下請業者から提出される施工図の確認・修正指示 ・クライアント、設計担当者、施工チームとの図面調整 ・建築基準や会社基準に沿った図面品質の確認 ・施工性・コスト・品質を考慮した設計改善提案 ・行政対応・許認可関連業務 ・政府機関、設計コンサルタントとの調整業務 ・建築許認可取得に必要な申請書類の準備、提出、進捗管理 ・行政承認プロセスに関する社内外関係者との調整 ・プロジェクト進行に必要な各種申請・承認関連業務のサポート
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above ・Language: English: Intermediate level ・Experience: - 2 years of experience in architectural design / architectural planning - Experience creating architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp - Experience preparing floor plans, elevation drawings, section drawings, detailed drawings, etc. ・Skills: - A mindset to challenge new experiences, such as coordinating with government authorities, after gaining experience in design work. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp - Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments - Ability to understand design instructions and complete architectural design and drawings independently <Preferred Qualifications> ・Education: Major in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other construction-related fields ・Experience: - Experience in design and drawing preparation for large-scale buildings such as factories and warehouses - Experience coordinating with government authorities and design consultants - Experience preparing, submitting, and following up on documents for construction permits and approvals - Experience handling internal and external coordination related to government approval processes - Experience working on large-scale projects such as commercial buildings - Experience in design management or project management - Experience in design coordination and collaboration with related departments during architectural ・Skills: Experience using BIM software such as Revit ＜必須要件＞ ・学歴：大学卒以上 ・語学： - 英語：中級レベル ・経験： - 建築意匠設計の経験が2年以上 - AutoCADとSketchUpを使用した建築図面作成と3Dモデリングの経験 - 平面図・立面図・断面図・詳細図などの作成経験 ・スキル： - 設計業務を経て行政との調整などの新しい経験に挑戦したいマインド - AutoCAD / SketchUpの使用スキル - 複数部署と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力 - 指示内容を理解し、意匠デザインや図面を完成まで進める設計対応力 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・学歴： - 建築工学／土木工学系など建設に関連する学部の専攻 ・経験： - 工場、倉庫など大型建築物の設計・図面作成に関わった経験 - 政府機関や設計コンサルタントとの調整経験 - 建築許認可取得に関する申請書類作成、提出、承認取得プロセスの経験 - 行政承認プロセスに関わる社内外調整経験 - 商業施設など大型建築案件の経験 - 設計管理、プロジェクト管理経験 - 建築プロジェクトにおける設計調整、関係部署との調整経験 ・スキル： - RevitなどBIMソフトの使用経験
