<Job Responsibilities> 1. Quality Engineer (junior - in charge of mainly mechanical goods) position • Visit partner factories to inspect products and check the progress. Initial visits will be guided by the leader/manager; once familiar with the process, you may arrange your schedule independently. • Follow the company’s inspection procedures (training will be provided). • Prepare and submit inspection reports to management after each visit. • Coordinate with management and the factory to resolve any unexpected issues that arise 2. Quality Engineer (senior) position • Manage suppliers for the existing outsourced machined parts business (project control, delivery management, and continuous improvement activities) • Provide technical support for the existing outsourced machined parts business (technical coordination with US group companies and subcontracted manufacturers) • Identify, develop, and visit new product manufacturers for new business opportunities; align and finalize technical requirements and specifications • Provide technical support to the sales team for Factory Automation (FA) projects (concept planning, specification review, and customer support) • Review and validate design contents for Factory Automation (FA) projects; assess technical feasibility and manage technical risks • Support new product development and R&D activities (prototype evaluation, technical validation, and improvement proposals)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated from college/university - majoring in mechanical/mechatronics or equivalent ・Age: Any ・Gender: Any ・Foreign Language: - Junior: Not required - Senior: English Business Level ・Experience: - Junior: Can read technical drawings, has basic knowledge of measuring instruments and measuring methods. - Senior: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings accurately Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take initiative Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Junior: :- Have knowledge basic in office software (Word, Excel, PPT). - Have 1 year experience as QC staff or work in Mechanical field - Good English reading and writing skills will be an advantage ・Senior: - Experience in creating or modifying drawings using CAD software - Practical experience related to machined parts or mechanical drawings - Experience in Factory Automation (FA), such as equipment design, setup, or commissioning - Experience in technical negotiations with overseas offices or external suppliers
