Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Partner & Stakeholder Management + Serve as the key point of contact, develop and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including sales agencies and JV partners (sales side). + Collaborate with external stakeholders to align efforts and improve sales results. + Analyze the sales status / competitors and develop (maintain) sales strategy with relevant team members. + Support the senior manager to negotiate with external partners, ensuring the best possible terms and agreements that benefit the company, ensuring their alignment with the company's goals and performance expectations. + Obtain the market information from the outside channels + (Future project) Recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong portfolio of outsourcing sales partners and agencies. 2. Training & Development for Sales Agents + Develop and implement training programs to improve the performance and sales skills of the agents. + Provide training and support for sales agents to ensure they fully understand the product, sales strategies, policies, and customer engagement tactics. + Support the sales agents in understanding and leveraging market research insights to better target potential customers. 3. Coordination + Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design) to come up with sales ideas + Ensure agencies comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. + Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance,…) to support the smooth execution of partner activities and sales strategy development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experinence: - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/partner management: + Knowledge and experience in working with external agencies or real estate developers. + Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive under pressure. + Willingness to learn and grow within the role + Key competencies: relationship management, result orientation, communication & presentation skills, problem-solving ability. + Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
