<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and enhance the frontend for a large-scale eCommerce platform - Participate in code reviews and quality improvement initiatives - Drive development efficiency through AI-assisted coding and automation - Support junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing - Collaborate with multinational engineering teams (e.g., Japan, Korea) - Work in an Agile development environment across modern frontend technologies - Contribute to the evolution of AI-native software development practices - Solve complex business challenges through technology implementation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English Business level (for mainly internal communication) - Experience: At least 5 years of web application development experience; At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js; Experience leading frontend development and code reviews - Hard Skills: Proficient in React and/or Next.js; Experience with web application development - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with AI-assisted development tools - Agile development experience - Technical leadership or sub-team lead experience
