Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Business Development & Client Approach - Identify key/ potential industries and execute activities to attract and approach potential clients, including overseas markets. - Introduce Company’s services, collaborate with the Solution Division to present the company's capabilities, and understand clients’ needs. - Discuss and identify clients’ advertising and marketing requirements. 2. Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project - Manage the project (budget, content, timeline) with client and internal departments. - Coordinate with related teams and combine suggested proposals such as: ideas concept, MKT plan, ATL- BLT plan, budget allocation, etc. to become a final version to submit customers - Discuss, analyse proposal from other departments - Present & edit proposals - Contact suppliers to get best price/ appropriate service 3. Manage project’s documents: - Compose, negotiate, clarify the Service contract (contract is then reviewed by Legal, Accounting) - Project acceptance & Request to issue invoices 4. Prepare for project implementation: - Transfer project's requirements to related teams. - Do project's implement plan 5. Implement on-going projects - Manage & execute projects - Review final's products - Connect clients & internal teams to control quality of projects 6. Control quality & efficient of projects - Set & ensure project's results - Analyze the effectiveness of the project - Collect, combine info and present Project's report 7. Customer services - Develop customer relationship and improve service quatity 8. Perform other duties as required by line manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 3 years of relevant experience as Account Executive. + Experience in an Advertising Agency <Preferred Skills> - Working experience in Japanese Company
