<Job description>
• Monitoring and assisting in the processing of visa, temporary residence permit, and work permit applications, renewals, and management for Japanese employees working at the company.
Managing procedures related to social insurance and other company insurance.
• Handling legal and administrative issues related to the General Affairs Department's operations, including reporting, compliance, and coordination with government agencies.
• Managing and supporting expenses related to Japanese employees working at the company.
• Managing the entire recruitment process (job posting, interview coordination, and recruitment support).
• Managing employment contracts and contract termination procedures.
• Managing compensation and benefits activities, including salary payments, annual performance reviews, bonuses, and updating company's internal laws and regulations.
• Handling labor relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Support to Assistant management and supervising human resources and labor-related activities.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 35~40
- Gender: Female preferred
- Education: Graduated from University major in Human resource, Law or related major
- Language: English or Japanese at Intermediate Level.
- Experience/knowledge: From 5 years as HR/GA in manufacturing companies 
- Strong knowledge of labor laws related to contract, insurance, PIT....
- Prefer having leading skills/management skills
