Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of both in-house and third-party water treatment systems - Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out corrective actions - Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections - Manage and recommend replacement parts and consumables - Provide on-site technical support and operational improvement proposals to customers - Propose equipment upgrades and replacement with the company's water treatment systems - Collaborate with the Engineering and Sales teams - Prepare service reports and maintenance records
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years of experience in maintenance of factory equipment (electrical or mechanical), or as a Field Service Engineer - English communication skills at conversational level or above - Comfortable interacting with customers - Enjoys troubleshooting and solving technical problems on-site - Builds strong relationships with customers through effective communication - Interested in both technical work and proposing improvement solutions - Eager to learn new technologies and develop specialized expertise - Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the water treatment industry - Experience in chemical engineering or related fields (chemicals, biotechnology, etc.) - Experience working for a Japanese company - Experience in equipment upgrades, technical proposals, or after-sales service
