Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ◆Standardization, Manual Creation, and Factory Startup ₋ Draft internal engineering standards and protocols for equipment operation and facility safety. ₋ Create comprehensive manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine maintenance and troubleshooting. ₋ Establish clear guidelines for emergency shutdown procedures and disaster prevention. ₋ Design optimal maintenance workflows to support the initial setup of production lines. ₋ Develop training programs for operators based on newly created equipment manuals. ₋ Standardize tool management and spare parts inventory systems before commercial production. ◆ Coordination with Management Departments, Acquisition of Various Permits and Licenses, and Audit Response ₋ Prepare and submit initial permit applications for the manufacturing environment. - Manage fire safety certificates, hazardous material permits, and official documentation. - Accompany auditors during fire department and food safety inspections. - Lead corrective actions on-site as requested by government agencies. - Respond to various applications based on fire safety regulations (hazardous materials, fire prevention management, etc.). - Responsible for employee management and the operation of manufacturing equipment. - Establish a safety and hygiene management system (5S) in the manufacturing process. ◆Facility & Equipment Maintenance ₋ Establish and execute preventive maintenance plans for all production machinery. ₋ Oversee routine inspections and troubleshooting of factory building utilities. ₋ Manage electrical systems to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. - Supervise external contractors for electrical works and facility modifications. - Negotiate maintenance contracts and manage budgets for spare parts and repairs. - Ensure all engineering work aligns with occupational safety regulations. - Coordinate with internal production teams to minimize equipment downtime. - Report technical progress and compliance status
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Must have qualifications/licenses related to electrical works ・Language: English - Conversation Level (English is mandatory, level can be flexible depending on the candidate) ・Experience: - Experience in equipment management at a food manufacturing company (5 years or more) - Having knowledge of fire safety management permits, manufacturing safety, and environmental permit applications, etc. ⁻ Having strong experience or good knowledge of food production equipment ⁻ Understanding legal knowledge related to food manufacturing ⁻ The ability to understand the environment of a newly established company and to take proactive action. ⁻ Have good teamwork <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory ・Preferred joining date: Early August
