Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure stable, accurate, and efficient operation 2. Work with the Design, Engineering, and Production teams to read technical drawings and manufacture parts according to specifications 3. Set up and calibrate CNC machines before production, ensuring the correct tools and materials are used 4. Troubleshoot and solve issues related to CNC machine operation and programming 5. Prepare and maintain check sheets and standard operating procedures. 6. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. Experience working in a Japanese company or in Japan is preferred. 3. At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines (CNC lathe experience is preferred) 4. Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings 5. Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 level or above (required). 6. Willing and able to attend training in Japan for a minimum of one year.
