<Job Responsibilities> - Conducting technical meetings with clients to clarify and confirm project requirements - Designing and conducting technical evaluations of water treatment plants - Managing overall project progress, quality, and costs - Providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover - Developing maintenance plans and providing technical support post-delivery - Coordinating with internal engineers and related departments - Mentoring team members and supporting the Engineering Manager - Driving projects forward by collaborating closely with clients, sales, and construction teams
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years of engineering experience in the water treatment industry - Have experience working as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager role - Business-level English proficiency (effective communication with local and international stakeholders) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in Chemical Engineering (chemicals, chemistry, biotech, etc.) - Prior experience working with Japanese companies <Ideal Candidate> - A professional who possesses strong technical skills and enjoys client negotiations and end-to-end project management. - An ambitious individual aiming for a future management position. - A strong communicator capable of fostering smooth collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and drive improvements during company expansion. - An adaptable team player comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
