Job Description
<Objective> Assist the Company's Director of the Vietnam Development Center in daily administrative activities. Ensure smooth running of the Development Center. Support maintaining the Engineering work-force and growth of the Development Center. <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for the overall administration of the company's development Center: Work-site management, organization of site’s internal event, procurement of office supplies and equipment, handling external relations with tax authorities and local government officials. - Responsible for the recruitment of employees. Responsible for the compliance of the company to Labor law and updated regulations. Authorize/Monitor paid-time-off and overtime, and handle all matters relating to social and medical benefits as well as bonus matters. - Responsible in working with the relevant/appropriate departments/authorities such as Tax Department, Statistics Department, Bank & Auditing Company… - Responsible for the management and accuracy of the following areas: accounting system, financial/management reporting system, payroll & tax reporting. - Responsible for the General ledger integrity as well as the allocation of short-term deposits and expenses, responsible for weekly and monthly control of cash flow of the development center. Prepare remittances & manage AP report monthly, quarterly and yearly according to the company’s financial requirement.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 32~38 years old ・Gender: Female ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Around 10 years of experience, including: - Human Resources (Labor law, Compliance, Recruitment) - Administration - Accounting (Payroll and Tax) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・General Accounting (Big plus) ・Chief Accounting ・HR Hiring ・ERP Accounting
