Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Exchange emails, including order confirmations and inquiries, with local and foreign clients/customers. - Confirm customer orders and manage the order confirmation process. - Accurately share and coordinate order details with the relevant internal production or fulfillment site. - Answer incoming phone calls from clients, communicate effectively, and handle basic inquiries. - Assist with related sales administrative tasks such as data entry and preparing simple sales documents.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: College Degree or above. - Language: Japanese language at the Intermediate Level. - Experience: At least 3 years of BtoB sales experience in any industry <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Have experience with import/export tasks. - Business Level in the English language. - Having working experience in Japanese companies and familiarity with Japanese business culture. - Able to work directly with foreign customers without going through a Japanese boss.
