<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage schedule, quality, and safety for construction projects ・Monitor construction progress and report status to clients ・Provide instructions to and coordinate work with local subcontractors ・Review design drawings and check construction work details ・Conduct meetings and coordinate with clients and subcontractors ・Manage and support the development of local staff at the site ※ Domestic business trips may be required depending on projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-45 years old ・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Conversational Level or above (able to give instructions and communicate for work) ・Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management at a construction company ・Willingness to relocate domestically and travel for business as required <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience managing construction projects of medium scale or larger ・Experience working on overseas projects or with multinational teams
