Job Description
<Job responsibilities> : - Support and actively participate in shopping mall leasing activities, including tenant sourcing, coordination, follow-up, and assistance in commercial negotiations. - Prepare, review, and manage leasing documents such as leasing proposals, OTLs, MOUs, lease agreements, and related appendices in coordination with internal teams. - Handle leasing-related administrative work, document control, and filing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. - Prepare and maintain leasing reports, leasing status updates, and internal presentations to support management decision-making. - Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties (tenants, consultants, agents) to support leasing progress, tenant fit-out, and overall project execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience: - 3-4 years of experience in leasing in the real estate industry • Office & technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint for internal presentations; ability to manage documents and databases accurately. <Personality> - Detail-oriented, responsible, and result-driven. - Professional communication and customer-focused mindset. - Willing to support team members and handle both leasing and administrative tasks. - Passionate about retail, real estate, and lifestyle brands. <Soft skills> Communication, coordination, time management.
