Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for managing the accounting in FAST • Hands-on experience in tax practices, including PIT, CIT, FCT, etc. • Manage the bank statements processing • Review staff reimbursements, input accounting entries, and arrange payment • Execute the monthly financial close process, including journal entries and reconciliations within set company timelines • Responsible for the accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations • Support to prepare the PIT declaration sheet • Maintain fixed assets register • Preparation of financial reports and consolidation reports • Cooperate with internal departments, external clients/parents, and affiliates of the group efficiently and smoothly • Implement and maintain accounting and internal control procedures • Develop and streamline internal processes • Support the annual budget preparation • Responsible for compiling supporting documentation for annual external audits and interfacing with the audit team • Responsible for taxation matters and local statutory requirements, such as tax filings, government reports • Investigate and resolve any irregularities, account discrepancies, or enquiries in time • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including tax consultancy firms, auditors, government authorities, and banks • Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and procedures • Back up other staff as requested and directed • Complete other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations *Job duties may be subject to change depending on your experience.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance ・Gender: Any ・Age: more than 30 years ・Language： Business level in English ・Experience: - Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience. ・Others: - Must possess a Chief Accountant Certificate or CPA/ACCA qualified. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive reports, and carry out assigned projects to their completion. - High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in the completion of work. - Open-minded, willing to embrace change. - Motivated, self-starter who desires success, good team player. ⁻ Good understanding of the service industry <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Background in Retail/Game Center/Services company is a big plus. ⁻ Having Japanese skills is a plus
