Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels. • Prepare offers, quotations, negotiate with clients, and win insurance contracts • Follow up and manage the outstanding premiums of assigned accounts • Proceed with renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets • Maintain client database and profile, respond to and support all clients' requests regarding the coverage of the insurance contract. retain/ increase renewal premium or new • Premium from renewal business • Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty • Cooperate with the relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients • Other tasks as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 - 35 ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Business Level ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Insurance (Must requirement for fresher candidates) ・Experience: + Having insurance experience of at least 3 years, with a focus on non-life insurance. Having a university degree or certificates majoring in Insurance is preferred ・Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive & supportive. • Project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eager to learn
