Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Building Management: Collaborate with the Building Management team, preparing necessary documents to ensure smooth building operation. - Operation Management: Coordinate with teams (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality Control), contractors, and supervise interior construction projects. - Engineering Management: Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance, inspection, renovation, and repair of electrical, mechanical, firefighting, plumbing, and other systems, as well as handle general maintenance inquiries or requests. - Attend meetings related to building operations (e.g., with Engineering, Security, Cleaning teams). - Manage and follow up on tenants' fit-out construction works. - Support the Accounting team in collecting rental fees, service charges, and other necessary payments. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Building Management Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering field. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the same field, such as Building Management. - Hard Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. - Soft Skills: Reliable, patient, attentive to assigned tasks, willing to learn, and open to listening to colleagues and superiors. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Prior experience working for Japanese companies is preferred. - Experience in building equipment maintenance (Knowledge of building facilities and reading technical documents ) - Experience in building management of Grade A or higher
