Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Manage and oversee all branch operations in line with the company’s business plan. 
•	Take responsibility for the branch’s revenue, costs, profit, and overall operational efficiency. 
•	Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the branch. 
•	Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. 
•	Manage, train, assign, and supervise branch staff. 
•	Evaluate employee performance and recommend rewards, disciplinary actions, or manpower adjustments when necessary. 
•	Monitor service quality, work progress, and customer satisfaction levels. 
•	Track and control the branch budget, operating costs, receivables/payables, and assets. 
•	Ensure that branch operations comply with internal procedures, company regulations, and relevant laws. 
•	Coordinate with headquarters and related departments to resolve issues arising in branch operations. 
•	Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on business performance, personnel, finance, and operations for the Board of Management. 
•	Propose solutions to improve business performance, increase productivity, and optimize operations. 
•	Represent the company in working with partners, customers, and local authorities in the branch’s area. 
•	Handle operational issues, risks, customer complaints, and emergency situations at the branch. 

<支店長の主な業務>
•	会社の事業計画に基づき、支店の全業務を管理・運営すること。 
•	支店の売上、コスト、利益および運営効率について責任を負うこと。 
•	支店の月次・四半期・年次の営業計画を策定し、実行すること。 
•	新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係維持・強化を行うこと。 
•	支店内の人員を管理し、教育・業務分担・業務監督を行うこと。 
•	従業員の業務成果を評価し、必要に応じて表彰・懲戒・人員調整を提案すること。 
•	サービス品質、業務進捗および顧客満足度を管理・改善すること。 
•	支店の予算、運営コスト、債権債務および資産を管理・監督すること。 
•	支店運営が社内規程、業務手順および関連法令を遵守していることを確保すること。 
•	本社および関連部署と連携し、支店運営上発生する問題を解決すること。 
•	支店の営業状況、人員、財務、運営状況について、定期または随時に経営陣へ報告すること。 
•	事業効率の向上、生産性向上および運営最適化のための改善策を提案すること。 
•	支店エリアにおいて、会社を代表して取引先、顧客、関係当局と対応すること。 
•	支店内で発生するトラブル、リスク、顧客クレームおよび緊急事態に対応すること。 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 45 years old
・Gender: Male/ Female
・Education: College or University degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. 
・Language: English - Conversational Level 
・Experience: Experience in management and operations in the logistics, transportation, or warehouse industry. 
•	Strong leadership, people management, and operational management skills. 
•	Ability to plan, control revenue, costs, and operational effectiveness. 
•	Able to work under high pressure, solve problems effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Preferred candidates who have an existing network with clients and partners, or strong knowledge of the logistics market in the assigned area.
・Preferred candidates who are capable of both business development and operations management, able to work under high pressure, handle situations effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
