Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee all branch operations, including sales, service, administration, and customer support - Develop branch business plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets - Lead and manage branch employees including sales, service engineers, and administrative staff - Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and partners - Monitor project execution, maintenance contracts, and service quality - Ensure branch compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations - Manage branch budget, cost control, and operational efficiency - Analyze market conditions and identify new business opportunities - Report branch performance to top management - Handle customer complaints and support major negotiations when necessary
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Age: 40~50 (preferred) - Gender: Male - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields - Language: Business-level English communication required. - Experience: + Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, service, or branch operations management in the technical field. + Experience in elevator/escalator, construction, M&E, or industrial equipment industries preferred + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills + Good understanding of project management and service operations + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in elevator/escalator, construction, M&E, or industrial equipment industries preferred.
