<Number of employees: Total: 50; Japanese: 3> <Report Line: VN Leader > <Team Member: around 5~ 10> <Number of Subordinates: 0> <Customers & Products> A wide range of construction projects in Japan, including warehouses, factories, hotels, residential buildings, and office buildings. <Saturday Working: NONE> <Position Objective/Expectation> Support BIM design and drawing creation for construction projects in Japan from Vietnam by accurately creating and modifying architectural/equipment models and drawings using BIM software based on instructions from the Japanese head office. <Job Responsibilities> - Create and modify architectural and equipment models using BIM software - Create and modify drawings based on BIM models - Create BIM data according to instructions and specifications from the Japanese side - Review and modify existing BIM models and drawings - Confirm request details from the Japanese head office and design personnel - Reflect modification contents into models and drawings - Perform simple checks on BIM models and drawings - Confirm and report any unclear points or issues - Communicate for business purposes with the Japanese head office and internal staff - Create and organize documents required for the project - Perform other support tasks related to BIM and design work - Perform other tasks as instructed by the manager ＜ポジションの目的・期待＞ 日本国内の建設プロジェクトにおけるBIM設計・図面作成をベトナムからサポートするポジションです。 日本本社からの指示に基づき、BIMソフトを使用して建築・設備モデルや図面を正確に作成・修正していただきます。 ＜仕事内容＞ ・BIMソフトを使用した建築・設備モデルの作成・修正 ・BIMモデルに基づく図面の作成・修正 ・日本側からの指示・仕様に沿ったBIMデータの作成 ・既存のBIMモデル・図面の確認および修正 ・日本本社や設計担当者からの依頼内容の確認 ・修正内容のモデル・図面への反映 ・BIMモデル・図面の簡単なチェック ・不明点や問題がある場合の確認・報告 ・日本本社や社内担当者との業務上のコミュニケーション ・プロジェクトに必要な資料の作成・整理 ・その他、BIM・設計業務に関連するサポート業務 ・その他、マネージャーから指示された業務
Job Requirement
<Required Skills / Experience> ・Education: College Diploma or above ・Language: Intermediate level or above in either English or Japanese ・Experience: ・More than 2 years of practical experience using BIM software ・Experience creating and modifying BIM models or drawings ・Basic knowledge of construction-related fields, such as architecture, building services, or construction <Preferred Skills / Experience> ・Experience using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Tekla ・Experience working on BIM projects for Japanese construction projects ・Experience in architectural design, MEP design, or construction drawing preparation ・Experience communicating with Japanese personnel in a professional setting ＜必要なスキル・経験＞ 学歴：専門学校以上 言語：英語あるいは日本語で中級レベル以上 経験： BIMソフトを使用した実務経験が2年以上 BIMモデルまたは図面の作成・修正経験 建築・設備・施工など、建設関連分野に関する基本的な知識 ＜歓迎するスキル・経験＞ Revit、ArchiCAD、TeklaなどのBIMソフト使用経験 日本の建設プロジェクトにおけるBIM業務経験 建築設計、設備設計、施工図作成などの経験 日本人担当者との業務上のコミュニケーション経験
