Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Assist the General Manager in managing and supporting the current Vietnam Design Team
- Manage design works with Clients and cooperate with relevant internal Departments to process the necessary works and documents for Projects
- Cooperate with the Asia Region (“AR”) to enlarge the Design Group’s regional activities

<Job Responsibilities>
- Control the day-to-day operation of the Design Department’s activities
- Lead the design team to prepare architectural drawings, including details
- Create an architectural parts library for CAD and BIM
Maintain drawing data on the server
- Control the process of creating design proposals and review conceptual, basic, and detailed design drawings & specifications
- Responsible for developing and reviewing building permit application drawings & specifications
- Responsible for coordinating with Structural, M&E, and Construction Departments, and controlling design processes for all projects
- Coordinate and negotiate with relevant parties (government authorities, consultants, project teams, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure proper execution
- Prepare application and design schedules based on client requirements
- Issue design drawings and specifications to clients and other departments
- Cooperate with the Asia Region to develop the Design Team and align with regional targets

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: 
- University graduate with a degree in architecture.
- Competency Licenses with at least Grade II
・Gender: Male
・Age: From 35 to 40 years old
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in architecture. Experiences in construction or related fields are preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and experience in designing architecture for industrial/factory projects.
- High proficiency in speaking and writing English.
- Proficient in PC skills (CAD, Microsoft Office, 3D software, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, BIM if any).
- Knowledge of architectural laws, city planning laws, fire laws, etc., as an architect should have.
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, and eager to learn new areas.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to complete a design as part of a team rather than individually.
