Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Help to generate revenue with a perspective of sales channels, product sales and online / offline sales development • Be active in developing new sales channels especially reaching 3rd party partner and Japanese corporate accounts • Take active role in facilitating seminar / event • Coordinate marketing issues among related departments • Provide sales support and perform administrative duties as necessary and instructed • Handle inquiries/requests • Provide services, fares, rules or any other related information to customers • Manage time and resources effectively
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: University degree in Economics / Foreign Trade / Foreign Affair / Foreign Language / Aviation / Tourism ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25 - 35 ・Language: English - Business level ・Experience: - 0-2 years of relevant experience in or knowledge of the airline/ travel/ hospitality related industry <Preferable personality> The right person to be our colleage is someone who has: • Good team spirit with patience, willing to work under pressure and execute repetitive tasks • Continuous improvement and innovation • Event planning, presentation skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good level of PC literacy in Work, Excel and PowerPoint • Good command of spoken and written English • Good understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette • Proven soft skills (Public speaking, Reasoning skills) • Commercial acumen • Customer focus • Accountability (open to taking overtime job or receiving agent's call out of working hour) • Interpersonal effectiveness
