Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accounting: • Responsible for accounting and taxation matters of some assigned departments - Trade AP payment - AR/AP clearing - Issue VAT invoice for P transactions - Declare and pay FCT on related transactions - Key in SAP for general expenses 2. Finance • Cash flow forecasting: • Cash flow optimization, loan and deposit management: • Loan repayment and reporting to the State Bank: • Review and execution of Forward contracts with banks: 3. Credit • Reviewing credit limit application dossiers: • Reconciliation with credit insurance companies: • Periodic revenue declaration to insurance companies and monthly accrual of insurance expenses: • Monthly credit management report 4. Others • Support other accounting/ taxation/ IT tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or Banking & Finance - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 5 years of experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Credit + Experience in working with accounting software, especially SAP - Good use of Excel <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge and experience in credit is preferred - Preference will be given to candidates who hold CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates
