Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Record daily accounting transactions and post entries into the accounting system. - Check, validate, and ensure accounting invoices and documents are legitimate, comply with regulations, and are properly archived. - Prepare financial reports including: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other related reports. - Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing tasks. - Assist in tax finalization work, liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks as required. - Reconcile data between the General Ledger and accounting books on a monthly basis. - Consolidate financial data for relevant departments to prepare Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reports and statistical reports. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. - Language: English from Intermediate Level (good communication skills) - Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position. - Have experience in SAP or ERP - Hard Skills: Proficient in Excel. - Soft Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in tax finalization is preferred.
