JOB DUTIES

 Report to Vietnamese Service Engineering Manager

 Assigned to Customer Service Department

 Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the warranty center’s operations in repair and maintenance of defective products/ products with technical defects for customers in accordance to the prescribed process and time.

- Consult and solve customer’s complaints about technical issues related to the usage, operation or technical errors of the products during the warranty & repair process.

- Consult and answer customer’s inquiry about how to repair and fix simple errors during the products usage process and instruct customers on how to use the products (if any).

- Component management (Import-Export).

- Collect the results of monthly product warranty to report to the management level.

- Participate in training courses on new products techniques.

- Arrange and hand-over documents to concerned departments.

- Other jobs as required by management level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: College’s degree or Vocational school’s degree, majoring in Electronics

- Language Skills: English Conversational level

- Expertise in electronics, able to read block diagrams and use the test equipment

- Prefer candidates with experience in repairing electronics devices such as organ, home audio system, professional

- Good teamwork, communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills

- Proficiency in PC, MS, email, etc.
