JOB DUTIES
Report to Sales Manager
Assigned to Plastic Department
Main Tasks:
- Assistant Sales Manager in Plastic Department Ho Chi Minh office
- Manage existing business (mostly Japanese) for sales, forecast, and inventory control.
- Manage credit line, aging stock, and payment of existing customers.
- Make quotation for new inquiry & existing products (during price change)
- Visit customers on regular basis & attend to overseas supplier who visit Vietnam.

Must:

-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills:English - business level
-Good analytical & numerical skills. Can solve problem logically. Can communicate effectively with customers/suppliers & colleagues using emails, conversation & even graphs or charts or excel sheet.
-Japanese language is essential in terms of reading, writing & able to understand simple Japanese conversation.
