Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the building in good repair (Main is air conditioner)
Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures Onsite consulting at the properties
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
Support customer by sending necessary document or go to repair equipment
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male ONLY, Age 24 – 30
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
At least 1 year experience in engineer or maintenance engineer
Preferred:
Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: Daily Conversational Level (preferable)
Workplace Area: Lumpini / Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday to Sunday 9:00 – 18.00 (2 days off/according to shifts)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000THB – 35,000THB (Negotiable/Depends on experience)
