Work Outline: Ensure that solar plant is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Oversee and manage man power, cost and profit, Manage and focus Operation and Maintenance projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provision and management of operation and/or maintenance service of energy plants
Manage and control budget for all of the Company’s projects
Making and maintain the documents concerning maintenance issues
Operation and/or Maintenance. Procedure for each project
Operation and/or Maintenance site safety plan for each project
Operation and/or Maintenance environment management plan for each project
Operation and/or Maintenance staffing plan for each project
Operation and/or Maintenance organization chart for each project
Operation and/or Maintenance plan for each project
Any other documents required by each Operation and/or Maintenance agreement with Customer
Manage Staff Management and Staff training
Order and Manage all of equipment and parts for operation and/or Maintenance services of each project
Negotiate and deal with customers and subcontractors
Communicate timely with HQ to report and share the business situation
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, age 35-45 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong in Safety and site management
Strong communications skills, strong leadership skills, the ability to manage, motivate and train
People
Preferable Skill / Experience
Strong knowledge and experiences in Maintenance and Operation for power plant is

Languages skills

Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000-100,000 THB
