<Job Responsibilities> - Make the report and document for customers (Vietnamese, English and Chinese) - Make the quotation, shipping document, Invoice for both domestic and overseas biz, etc., as the sales coordinator - Support the sales members for Chinese discussion and meeting for Chinese/Taiwanese customers (In case, visit to Chinese/Taiwanese customer with the sales members) - Communication by Vietnamese and Chinese through Zalo, email, telephone call, etc. - Report to manager or above regarding the customer's requests
