<Hybrid Working Time after Probation time: 2 days /week WFH>
<This position will be assigned to the ENJO Team : in charge of English-Speaking Jobs>
Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and giving advice to let them think more deeply about their careers
・Search suitable candidates by using internal resources, individual LI and external job sites (top job sites in Vietnam)
・Calling the existing Candidate List to update their working status
・Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information.
・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.

- Age: 25 - 30
- Educational Background: College Degree or above
- Language: English - Business Level
- Working Experiences:
・Having at least 3 years of working experience as a recruitment consultant agency
・Candidates with leading experience can apply for the Leader position (leading 2-4 members)
・Having strong experience in Industrial, Consumer Goods, Trading and Construction Sectors
・Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possesses a target-oriented mind)
・Has a sense of client-oriented, mind and thought
・Get familiar with Micro-Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly)
・Willing to be leader in the future
