R&D Manager (Department Manager) (80K–130K) (SDG-60773)

<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of management of R&D div in 2 factory
- Set up both short and long term direction of R&D Department
- Consider for development plan to reach the company goal and direction
- Research and plan for new technology to improve R&D process
- Manage overall issue for both factory
- Responsible for project and schedule management
- Make product development plan according to client request
- Control and make budget planning
- Make material research and do costing for material
- Advise subordinates staff about technical knowledge related to product, chemical material
- Coordinate with Sales team or material supplier about client requirement
- Meeting with client for product development plan
- Other tasks as assign by JP President

*Need to go to Sinsakhon Factory about 2 times/week

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 40 - 48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 8 year R&D experience in Packaging/Film industry
- Management experience for more than 3 years
- Chemical knowledge related to material and coating, printing, film etc
- Good command of English skill
- Management skill and experience dealing with subordinates

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Kheha, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday )

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการบริหารแผนก R&D ในโรงงาน 2 แห่ง
- กำหนดทิศทางทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวของฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา
- พิจารณาแผนพัฒนาเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายและทิศทางของ บริษัท
- วิจัยและวางแผนสำหรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา
- จัดการปัญหาโดยรวมสำหรับทั้งสองโรงงาน
- รับผิดชอบการจัดการโครงการและกำหนดการ
- จัดทำแผนพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ตามคำขอของลูกค้า
- ควบคุมและวางแผนงบประมาณ
- ทำการวิจัยวัสดุและทำต้นทุนสำหรับวัสดุ
- ให้คำแนะนำพนักงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเกี่ยวกับความรู้ทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์วัสดุเคมี
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายหรือซัพพลายเออร์วัสดุเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ประชุมกับลูกค้าเพื่อวางแผนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ประธาน JP มอบหมาย

* ต้องไปโรงงานสินสาครประมาณ 2 ครั้ง / สัปดาห์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 40 - 48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน R&D อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์ / ฟิล์ม
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการมากกว่า 3 ปี
- ความรู้ทางเคมีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัสดุและการเคลือบการพิมพ์ฟิล์ม ฯลฯ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะและประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
