Lawyer (Junior to Manager Level) (40K–80K) (SDG-58620)

<Job Responsibilities>
>> Junior level <<
- All aspects of legal works i.e. giving legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing various agreements and various legal documents;
- All company secretarial and corporate works
- Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations

>> Manager level <<
- All aspects of legal works i.e. giving legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing various agreements and various legal documents;
- All company secretarial and corporate works
- Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations
- Attend the meetings and manage the correspondences with clients and external persons
- Supervising and training junior and senior lawyer in the team
- Manage team resources and economic aspect of the assignment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25-42 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Law
- Junior level: 2 years of working experiences as Lawyer
- Manager level: More than 5 years of working experiences as Lawyer
- Working experiences with legal works: drafting and reviewing agreements / legal documents
- Welcome from both corporates and/or firms
- Business level of verbal and written English (to use 100% in documents and communicate at works)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Legal firms working experiences.
- Lawyer license

- งานด้านกฎหมายทุกแง่มุมเช่นการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลงต่างๆและเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ
- งานเลขานุการและงานของ บริษัท ทั้งหมด
- การวิจัยทางกฎหมายการตรวจสอบการอัปเดตในกฎหมายและข้อบังคับ

>> ระดับผู้จัดการ <<
- งานด้านกฎหมายทุกแง่มุมเช่นการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลงต่างๆและเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ
- งานเลขานุการและงานของ บริษัท ทั้งหมด
- การวิจัยทางกฎหมายการตรวจสอบการอัปเดตในกฎหมายและข้อบังคับ
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมและจัดการการติดต่อกับลูกค้าและบุคคลภายนอก
- ดูแลและฝึกอบรมทนายความรุ่นน้องและรุ่นพี่ในทีม
- จัดการทรัพยากรของทีมและด้านเศรษฐกิจของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 25-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโททางกฎหมาย
- ระดับผู้เยาว์: ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งทนายความ 2 ปี
- ระดับผู้จัดการ: ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งทนายความมากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านกฎหมาย: ร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลง / เอกสารทางกฎหมาย
- ยินดีต้อนรับจากทั้ง บริษัท และ / หรือ บริษัท
- ระดับธุรกิจของการพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อใช้ 100% ในเอกสารและสื่อสารในที่ทำงาน)
