MRO Assistant Manager
(35K – 38K) (SDG-55942)
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for sales target and achievement in terms of sale amount, technical sales and support.
•Manage existing customers and new customers for MRO scope.
•Support RFQ from customer, GENBA check, Visit customers with maker or distributor.
•To ensure that the maintenance, repair, and operations of the company has the appropriate inventory of parts, supplies and materials to efficiently and quickly address all maintenance requests, while maintaining the highest level of quality and cost effectiveness.
•Understand and provide new solutions as required to end user.
•Finding and providing new solution, VA proposal to resolve the pain point of customer.
•Prepare quotations and follow up purchase order from customers.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
•Other duties and projects assigned by management.
Necessary Skill / Experience
•Age 32-35 years
•Female only
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer , Mechanical engineer or related field .
•At least 4 years experience as a Sales Engineer or Engineering relate field.
•At least 2-3 years working as supervisor level (Have subordinate).
•At least 2 years working in Automotive parts, Steel , Machine parts, and Electronics for automotive Manufacturing .
•Knowledge maintenance and purchasing operation.
•Willing to travel (80%) around Bangna Area, Amata Chonburi Area and Rayong area to visit clients or clients site.
•Advance conversational middle-high in English.
•Excellent in computer (MS-Office, presentation & spreadsheet, software , Auto Cad 2D 3D) and presentation skill are required.
•Driving license is required.
•Have good knowledge and strong attitude about sales and services procedures.
•The ability to work alone and under constrains and ambiguity while still producing positive results.
•Direct Experience in Sale engineer of Machine spare parts (Pneumatic, Hydraulic).

-จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและติดตามใบสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า
-ประสานงานการขายกับสมาชิกในทีมและแผนกอื่น ๆ
-หน้าที่และโครงการอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 32-35 ปี
-เฉพาะผู้หญิง
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรอุตสาหการวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝ่ายขายหรือวิศวกรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ทำงานในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี (มีลูกน้อง)
-ทำงานในชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์เหล็กชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการผลิตยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
-การบำรุงรักษาความรู้และการดำเนินการจัดซื้อ
-ยินดีที่จะเดินทาง (80%) รอบพื้นที่บางนาเขตอมตะชลบุรีและระยองเพื่อเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าหรือไซต์ของลูกค้า
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-ต้องใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นเลิศ (MS-Office, การนำเสนอและสเปรดชีต, ซอฟต์แวร์, Auto Cad 2D 3D) และต้องมีทักษะการนำเสนอ
-ต้องมีใบขับขี่
-มีความรู้และทัศนคติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการขายและบริการ
-ความสามารถในการทำงานคนเดียวภายใต้ข้อจำกัดและความคลุมเครือในขณะที่ยังคงให้ผลลัพธ์ในเชิงบวก
-ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านวิศวกรขายอะไหล่เครื่องจักร (นิวเมติก, ไฮดรอลิก)
