Maintenance Engineer
(18K – 25K) (SDG-53832)

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Analysis and set counter measure to prevent repeated failure.
-Analysis preventive methods and problems when machine broken.
-Create, evaluate and continue develop preventive maintenance program.
-Repair CNC Machine
-Planning PM (Preventive Maintenance).
-Making a manual for repairing machines.
-Other tasked as assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 23-30 years
-Male only
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineer only
-Have experience at least 1 year in any manufacturing industry
-PLC program is a must
-Have knowledge about Solidwork, Auto CAD 2D or 3D program, PLC (Mitsubishi) and CNC machine
-Have knowledge about PM (Preventive Maintenance) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
-Basic level of English (Be able to read and write)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday working : Average once in a month>)

-วิเคราะห์วิธีการและปัญหาการป้องกันเมื่อเครื่องเสีย
-สร้างประเมินและพัฒนาโปรแกรมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง
-ซ่อมเครื่องจักรซีเอ็นซี
-การวางแผน PM (การซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน)
-จัดทำคู่มือสำหรับการซ่อมเครื่องจักร
-มอบหมายอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 23-30 ปี
-เพศชายเท่านั้น
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลเท่านั้น
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
-ต้องมีโปรแกรม PLC
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Solidwork, Auto CAD 2D หรือ 3D, PLC (Mitsubishi) และเครื่อง CNC
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PM (การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน) และ TPM (การบำรุงรักษาโดยรวมที่มีประสิทธิผล)
